Sundays Prophecy – Be Filled and Walk in Peace.
“I am as near as your thoughts… A prayer… I am closer than your next breath. Breathe me in, open your eyes… my glory is undeniable. Be filled with my Holy Spirit and walk in my peace. See the light and let it flow from you in speech and deed”.
We are so distracted. Too many of our lives could have written the definition yet the Holy Spirit never tires to encourage us. Lifts us up to see what He sees. How focused are you today on the things above? Are you straining towards any goal of God for you in your life. What have you said no to this week to glorify him? To draw closer to him? What there a sacrifice of praise anywhere in this last week? Something you gave up that was painful to your flesh?
1 Cor 2: 10-14
But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
John 6:33 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
Acts 2: 17-18 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
Lord help me to get lost in you. Help me be blinded by your light and goodness. Lord, that I can walk in the fullness of you… the grace of you. ..The truth of your word. Help me Holy Spirit.
Cast me not away from your presence Oh Lord. Help me to want you more.
