SURRENDERED TO WHAT? What is holding you back?

And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
Isaiah 6-8

We each have talents, gifts, and experiences that God gave us to share with the world. What would your life look like if you served God and your fellow man,
with everything you are as a person?

Where would you go? What would you do?

Have you ever played “what if”?
What if money… nor time was an object… debt was no object. What would you do with your life? Your time? What would that passion look like? How big is your thinking?
How big is your faith is the question

Could you take a bold step of faith today and tell God,
“Wherever… whatever… whenever… I’m yours!”
And then let him carry the responsibility of how and…how big and when?

Stop trying to take on what is not yours. Let God be God! Who are we to stand in his way… but we do time and time again…day in and day out. We limit God by our faith, of what we won’t surrender. When all he has ever asked, is for us to surrender ourselves to his will and his purposes, and then stand back and see the glory of the Lord.

SURRENDER YOURSELF TO GOD TODAY BY FOLLOWING
HIS CALLING ON YOUR LIFE… WHATEVER IT MAY BE!
What if???

Faith means putting your trust in God and having confidence
that he will fulfill his promises.
Faith is more than an intellectual agreement. To use an old illustration, imagine you are at Niagara Falls watching a tightrope walker push a wheelbarrow across the rope high above the falls. After watching him go back and forth several times, he asks for a volunteer to sit in the wheelbarrow as he pushes it across the falls. At an intellectual level, you may believe that he could successfully push you across the rope over the falls, but you are not exercising biblical faith until you get in the wheelbarrow and entrust yourself to the tightrope walker.

Do you believe that fully trusting God requires more trust than getting in that wheelbarrow? What IF…He can be trusted? What if, He is everything He says He is? What if, you could let go of the cookie in your clenched fist so you could escape from the cookie jar and just pour out all the cookies? What If you could believe what is not as though it was?

Genuine biblical faith expresses itself in everyday life. James writes that “faith by itself, apart from works, is dead” (James 2:17). Faith works through love to produce tangible evidence of its existence in a person’s life (Gal 5:6). Put another way, the obedience that pleases God comes from faith (Rom 1:5; 16:26) rather than a mere sense of duty or obligation. There is all the difference in the world between the husband who buys his wife flowers out of delight and the one who buys them simply out of duty.
Faith is so important because it is how we have a relationship with God:
“For by grace you have been saved through faith” (Eph 2:8)
When you say… and I pray there is a time … When you say,
“Wherever… whatever… whenever… I’m yours!”
When you say that, start looking… because He will open an obvious door or window.

What if?? Two incredibly powerful words of faith in God himself who humbled himself to save us without being asked.
Where would you go? What would you do?
What If Jesus himself was backing your hand?
What have you surrendered to?
You may not have as much time as you think!
