Prophetic Warning
I have heard this same voice a month ago when the Lord gave me a word of trouble on the horizon. Honestly, I did not take it as seriously as I should have. He spoke again today; “A Storm is coming. Brace Yourself! It is time for coming together – Unity i8n Christ – Seek Peace and Love above all. These are times of prayer but even more… of fasting because the storm is large. Come together within your families – Unity begins at home. RISE UP MY FAMILIES – and be heard above the heavenlies. Together you will blunt the sharpness of the attack. Kneel my children and proclaim victory and protection over your family, church, and community. Fasting will break the stronghold of bondage, fear, and anger. Somethings only come out by fasting. Listen this is not a time to be distant, Drawdown the covering of grace and mercy. Let my light shine in preparing for the fight! “ The clouds have been gathering can you feel it? Satan has the authority to move on we humans in rebellion, lukewarmness, anger, and deceit. It is a serious time to bow down — Humble thyself – repent and teach prayer to your houses. RISE UP MEN – and be the Priest of your family. Be the spiritual leader to your spouse and children. Make time where this is no time – work – health – homework – all cry for their space. BUT GOD, says; Trust in me… Lean on me… Make me first… and I will not JUST redeem the time and I will protect your house. Interestingly the sermon today in prepping for the Super Bowl said, defense makes for a good offense. Rom 12 – 2 “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” The call is clear, we cannot be confirmed. Something is happening in the heavenlies! It is NOT business as usual. This NEW NORM is not a normal God is liking. The call is to rally our families, friends, and small groups.
That is our team! God’s chosen and first responders.
We are his Gideon, “Valiant Warriors”! He wants us to be the head of our households and teach them by our actions.
Pastor Dale Brooks, in the middle of chemotherapy treatments, is walking by faith, tells me he has been praying and believing for revival. (Please continue to pray that the lump behind his knee disappears.) He taught me that revival does not come without an avalanche of prayer and repentance. That voice tells me to say, “Don’t stand alone!” This call may be a test that will save your kids in 5 or 10 yrs when they remember Dad calling the family to fast and pray. Prov 27:17 Iron does sharpen Iron and it starts in our inner circle of family and friends. Decide ye this day who you will serve. Who will you listen to? Whom will you obey? In the bible verse Matthew 23:12, Jesus says, “All who exalt themselves will be humbled, and all who humble themselves will be exalted.” Translations vary, but essentially, the meaning is that man should humble himself before God because nothing is more hateful in [God’s] sight than pride.” When God puts out a call like this to pray and fast as a family…Whoa be it to him that is too busy or feels it doesn’t apply to them or theirs. When was the last time you called your family to 30 mins of formal prayer once a week… together…United…before God? When was the last time you asked them to fast something; Food, screen time… something … to be obedient to God’s call to come together in prayer and fasting? As leaders of your home, I would expect you would be before God every day but set realistic goals for your children to follow you in family time. The message bible says Proverbs 24:16 “No matter how many times you trip a Christian up, God-loyal people don’t stay down long; Soon they’re up on their feet, while the wicked end up flat on their faces”
That happens because we are listening. When we are walking by twos or fours or ten! Beware in times like these that you walk alone and fall!
Matt 16; 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?. Whatever your schedule. God is saying to make time. His word is serious. Call your extended family and parents and church groups and get accountable for this call to fast and pray. Let me know your schedule. We can do some aligning online also.
