Corporate Prayer and Pastor Dale’s Cancer Update
May I begin this morning by saying that my and your prayers go far beyond the one man’s cancer battle. We are believing the growth/mass behind Pastor Dales’s knee, “Mantle cell lymphoma”, will grow smaller and disappear. That has not happened as yet, but with prayer, it will. He has his next Chemo treatment on Febr. 3 and 4th. Pastor Roy Taylor goes in for open heart surgery, in his 40’s, on Monday the 18th. And there are many others. A young man of 21 committed suicide last week. The family is devastated. They never saw it coming. But there are so many more prayers you are bearing alone. I pray you will continue to let us know so our prayer team can join you in a prayer of faith. We are a family! United in our prayers we have the opportunity to touch the destiny of these, our sisters and brothers and even our nation like never before. Only Believe!
By faith… do not see what is… but what can be. What God wants for us is so much larger than we can imagine. Eph 3:20
Today as you read Isaiah 55 vs 10. I want you to pray these verses as your prayer of faith. Insert your prayer for those above and yours too and let the rain, snow and water of your words of faith speak life. The Holy Spirit lives to make intercession for us continually before the throne of God. Rom. 8:26-27 When you speak in prayer, the Holy Spirit speaks with you. Your words are heard and we have the promises of these verses to stand and believe on. Praying God’s holy word interwoven with your personal prayers can and will lift your faith.
For without faith we cannot please God. Hebrews 11:6
Lord, you know our hearts are heavy for ____List your prayers___. We speak healing and life into them. We believe, by faith, what we cannot see in the natural … we believe for healing, deliverance, comfort, and truth to prevail. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. 12 You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.” Listen to the song below and be lifted above your burden as your believe your prayer of faith. Enter into the peace of God. It is the kind of song to sing during a personal or world-wide crisis. We will stand though mountains are falling in the name of Jesus Christ.
