Sundays’ Prophecy about Grace

“I offer you a fresh portion of grace every morning. Stop and let it go before you.  Your healing is in my grace – I am Grace –  All things are yes and amen in Me –  All your needs –  All your imaginings flow from grace when you seek me first.  You will find the overflowing presence of my grace and favor.
Step out of your world into my spiritual realm and see what I see – Hear a higher calling – discover the road less traveled – less seen-  It is the road of grace.”

I immediately started to question the Holy Spirit today in service.  Lord I know it says in Lamentations 3:23 “Your mercies are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness. … Fresh as the morning, as sure as the sunrise. … They are new every morning— great is your faithfulness!”

I knew it says mercies are new every morning. And I struggled with what I was sensing and said Lord, maybe I’m just hearing me today and I should just mark this off as me being off today.  But I felt him prodding me to write some more. I felt him saying the inspiration comes from me, not from your understanding.   I came home to verify what I thought I heard as I continue to grow in my knowledge of God. His ways are so above mine you cannot imagine.

But I discovered that “every morning” demonstrates God’s grace too, a new beginning in which gloom must flee. We need to look no further than the breath in our lungs, the sun that rises, or the rain that falls to refresh the earth.

David sought God’s mercy in Psalm 51:1-2 in confessing his sin: “Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!” Despite his many failures, David asked God to relent and not bring upon him the full consequences of his sin.

Grace, on the other hand, is God extending favor toward us that we do not deserve. Both Ephesians 2:5 and 2:8 state it is “by grace you have been saved.” God’s salvation comes from His grace.
Some describe grace as unmerited or unearned favor.
We don’t deserve God’s mercy and we don’t deserve his grace.

They pour freely out of a loving God every day.

Just like the prophecy says “I offer you a fresh portion of grace every morning.
Stop and let it go before you.”

John Piper said it well, “Grace is power. Grace moves in and enables me to fulfill a resolve.

If you want to see this confirmed, look at 1 Corinthians 15:10: “By the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked . . .” Many of Paul’s resolves to suffer for Christ, and plant the church, and get imprisoned and endure beatings, they came to reality by grace. Grace did that. “I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me” (1 Corinthians 15:10).

“Grace is power. Grace moves in and enables me to fulfill a resolve.”

So I would base my whole life on that verse insofar as life IS a dependence on the power of grace to be what we ought to be and do what we ought to do.

By the grace of God, I am what I am.
His grace toward me was not in vain, but I worked. But when I worked, it wasn’t I;

it was grace within me.

Are you listening to Paul? Grace is the key: the power of grace, moving into our lives, turning our resolves into hard work that’s free and joyful and satisfying and far from legalistic. Grace doesn’t produce legalism. It’s grace; it produces hard work. Christians aren’t lazy, because grace is powerful
Grace was in you and is in you because you were called to Christ.    This fountain, this sprin,g where the river of grace flows to us from the future, will never ever run dry because Jesus bought infinite grace for us.

The power of grace is going to keep arriving in my life every day and forever. His death guarantees my everlasting life, and my moment-by-moment perseverance”. And yours too.

The Prophecy concludes: “Step out of your world into my spiritual realm and see what I see – Hear a higher calling – discover the road less traveled – less seen –  It is the road of grace.”

It is only by Grace that I can do that.  That you can do that!
That is something we can be thankful
for isn’t it?
It is new every morning!
