When Faith Meets a Deadline: This Is One of Those Moments
The Lord gave me a prophecy on Sunday to encourage both you and I. “Don’t get discouraged. Hold to the faith… it is sufficient for all things and all days.
In your greatest need… are My fullest blessings. So hope for them. Plead for them. War for them.”
As I sat to meditate on that word, I couldn’t help but think… Sometimes we hear a word like that and immediately think about what we’re going through.
Our struggles.
Our needs.
Our battles.
But sometimes… God allows us to step into someone else’s moment of faith.
And right now… this is one of those moments.
My daughter Danae has stepped out in faith for this mission trip to Alaska. She’s answered the call. She’s preparing, praying, and going where God has asked her to go. And now… she’s in that place we just talked about.
A place of trust.
A place of need.
A place where she is believing God to show up.
She has just 4days to raise the remaining support. And now… it’s very real.
She needs just 20 people… willing to give $25.
Twenty people who would simply say,
“I may not be going… but I can send.”
Last year, she went to Alaska… not in a spotlight moment, but in the quiet ones.
With kids who just needed to feel seen.
Moments that turned into prayer.
Simple conversations where God showed up in a real way.
And something in her was marked by that.
Now she’s been given the opportunity to go back…
to pour into those same kinds of moments.
To help kids know God, grow in Him, and show His love.
But here’s the truth…
If she doesn’t meet this deadline, she won’t be able to go.
Not because the mission isn’t real… …but because the window is. And this is where it comes back to us.
“Hold to the faith…” Sometimes that doesn’t just mean holding on for ourselves. Sometimes it means becoming part of the answer to someone else’s prayer.
This is one of those moments. Not everyone is called to go…
But all of us are given the chance to take part. “If Only We Knew”.
And heaven doesn’t separate the two.
Those who go…and those who send…share in the same story. So if something in you is stirring…This is your opportunity.

A child who feels seen.
A heart that turns toward God.
A moment that changes a life.
And one day…you’ll see what your heart played a part in. She has raised $2,350 and has only $500 more,
